I have only been a patient of Dr. Wisser, less than a year. Dr. Wisser is fine, professional and my experience with the Dr. Has been good. I called the office for a prescription refills, two medications I was out of. The office employee could not have been anymore dismissive telling me I have no medications in my file. I was a patient of Dr. Wisser for many years. He was my go to guy. He saw me through the good times and the bad. Now he has sold out and left all of his former dedicated patients high and dry. After a scary visit to Riddle ER I was told to reach out to my primary physician for an appointment asap. Upon doing so I was informed that Dr. Wisser would not have time for me until at least March 2024. If I’d like I could make an appointment to see the nurse practitioner in a week and a half.
