Just The way he talks. He was rude and definitely not helpful at all. It shouldn't be this way if a person calls you should try to help them not tell them I don't know what your talking about like you don't care. This guy needs to get a lesson in customer service. I don't recommend.
Beware not cooperative doesn't answer letters send. Only concern about making money. I wouldn't recommend or use this lawyer.
