Dr Keating and his entire staff was phenomenal. I must say I was extremely terrified to go thru the circumcision process, But they made it so much easier… reassuring me that he was in good hand calmed my nerves. Even after after Dr keating was so helpful. He responded to me by txt, even on his off days and that to me was top tier kindness and care. We appreciate you Dr keating. If I could give him 10 stars I would. :)
From the minute I stepped into the office everyone from the front desk to the NP and doctor were very kind and helpful. I needed a 2nd opinion from my child’s previous urologist because I had questions about her plan of care. His NP was awesome! Dr. Keating took his time and made sure I understood what he believed the plan, the previous doctor’s reasoning, and his (Dr. Keating) recommendation was for her. Dr. Keating took the best care of our son during his surgery. He has wonderful bedside manner and made my husband and I so comfortable. I could not recommend him and his team more.
Dr. Keaton was my son's surgeon back in Indiana way back in the 90's at Riley Children's Hospital. Of all the doctors we have seen for our son Dr. Keaton was the absolute best! From his kidney removal, to his Hypospadious repair and so much more before he left to move to Florida. Dr Keaton was caring and knowledgeable and we were told he even offered to come back to Indiana to finish one of our sons surgeries if we wanted which we didn't have him do.
