Dr. Keating and the entire team supporting us at Walt Disney Pavilion for our little one's surgery we're absolutely incredible. Dr. Keating treated us with respect and kindness, easing our anxiety as parents who are about to release their little one into surgery. The staff was amazing from start to finish they explained everything amazingly , they made our son feel so comfortable the surgeon made us feel like family they even gave him an amazing send off to surgery 1000/10
Dr Keating, PA Robin Denton and their staff are absolutely amazing! They are kind, knowledge, skilled and friendly. Both of my sons have gone to them. We have been beyond pleased with their care here. We highly recommend!
Every staff member I came across was very friendly. Staff walking by us while we were in waiting room said hello good morning how are you. I was lost looking for cafeteria staff quickly asked if I needed help and directed me to where I wanted to go. Surgery staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The stewardship toke my daughter to find toys stickers to keep her entertained while her brother had his surgery.
