This place is a JOKE. I've been an Invisalign patient of theirs for over a year, and there is a significant lack of professionalism and respect shown towards me as their patient. They have no regard for anyone's time. One time, I had a scheduled appointment with them, so I took off work, drove 45 minutes to their office, and, to my surprise, they were not present. The customer service of this office is abysmal. I had an appointment a month ago, they told me I had to come to Littleton since their Lakewood location was closed. Okay, fine. I google the address and it takes me to a closed office. I call (with 15 minutes until my appt) and the receptionist just says I'll have to reschedule. Okay, I took off work, drove out of my way and they were unwilling to just give me the new address. Fine. I reschedule. This Orthodontist is horrible. He insulted me and ripped off my Invisalign attachment. He repeatedly tried to shave my teeth that would misalign my jaw. Beware, he has injured others. I cannot speak for those that he has done this to but he is NOT to be trusted. He used a tool that "was broke" and injured my tooth. DO NOT USE HIM. I rarely give reviews but wanted to help someone who might fall victim to his gruesome acts.
