I had scheduled Michael to do a job. When the day came he was a no show. I tried calling the day before and several times the day of. I was finally able to get ahold of him and he had a family emergency. I understand things like this happen, however, I would have appreciated a call to let me know so I could start looking for another installer. I can not attest to his work, just my experience with him.
