If you ask any questions about the dental codes they are using and the contracted rates, then they get suspicious of you because they know they won't be able to charge you full price for unnecessary procedures. I will be reporting Dr. Rowe for fraudulent billing practices, prejudice, and other infractions to the Dental Board, CDA, ADA, BBB, Attorney General, and other entities as such unless he vows to correct such behavior. I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and had a great experience at Dr. Rowe's office. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend them.
