Dr Purkey was very thorough, patient, took the time to explain the tests he had ordered (Chest X-ray , CT Sinus, lab work) and go over the results of each test. He also made time from a busy schedule on same day to scope me to look at my airway and thyroid. I highly recommend him for any ENT consultation and procedures including surgery.
Dr. Purkey is wonderful. He is easy to talk to, and he listens carefully. He is extremely knowledgeable with his information and treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Purkey.
I would give him 6 stars if I could and I have incredibly high standards. He's an amazing clinician gets right to the point tells you how it is and discusses options with you. He's really human and personable, this is critical when you always feel like you're on the short end of the stick medically. I was reticent to do surgery but he made such a great case for it and it definitely helped. He was very well prepared for our initial consult, having familiarized himself with my medical record. After our meeting he reached out to some of my other providers to coordinate care in areas of overlap. He is happy to explore non-surgical treatment options.
