Great bedside manner! Easy to talk with. Carefully explained the necessary procedures. Did not rush me out the door. Very smart!
An amazing, compassionate Doctor. My husband had back surgery: Dr Prim was very open & honest, gave use plenty of time discussing options, pro's & con's. Told us to take time to think before moving forward, recovery was going to be lengthy and hard. His bedside manner was fanominal... wasn't pushed out of the hospital. It was a tough surgery but felt very secure with picking Dr. Prim as our Nuersurgeon.
Very professional, took time to explain my results, listened to my concerns. Great office staff.
I had ACDF (C-3,C-4, C-5 and C-6...so kind of a big deal) surgery on my neck and Dr. Prim was amazing! He explained the surgery to me detail so that I understood everything and took the time at each appointment to make me feel at ease. The entire staff is Great too...they helped me though the entire process and we're very knowledgeable as well. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr.Prim and his wonderful staff for all your Neurosurgery needs!!!😊😊
