I am sharing our experience with Dr. Prim following my daughter’s spinal fusion surgery. Immediately after the surgery, Dr. Prim informed me that he had difficulty getting the cage to fit properly during the procedure. I am not even sure this Dr deserves a one star! I scheduled an appointment with him as I needed a second opinion on lower back hardware that was loose. I provided my MRIs and surgical records from Barrows brain and spine Two weeks prior to my appointment and also brought in a copy of the most recent MRI that I had gotten. I am an employee at Banner and called scheduling to make an appointment with Neurosurgery. Scheduling set up an appointment with a physician that I discovered did not specialize in the type of surgery I needed so I called the Neurosurgery office and requested a consult with Dr. Prim as he was recommended to me. I was told they would get back to me. No call back. I called the next week and the same thing. I called again and finally someone got back to me and scheduled an appointment in late August.
