I am not even sure this Dr deserves a one star! I scheduled an appointment with him as I needed a second opinion on lower back hardware that was loose. I provided my MRIs and surgical records from Barrows brain and spine Two weeks prior to my appointment and also brought in a copy of the most recent MRI that I had gotten. I discovered that he had never reviewed any of my records., Would not look at the recent MRI and talked in generalities. I am an employee at Banner and called scheduling to make an appointment with Neurosurgery. Scheduling set up an appointment with a physician that I discovered did not specialize in the type of surgery I needed so I called the Neurosurgery office and requested a consult with Dr. Prim as he was recommended to me. I was told they would get back to me. No call back. I called the next week and the same thing. I called again and finally someone got back to me and scheduled an appointment in late August. Great bedside manner! Easy to talk with. Carefully explained the necessary procedures. Did not rush me out the door. Very smart!

An amazing, compassionate Doctor. My husband had back surgery: Dr Prim was very open & honest, gave use plenty of time discussing options, pro's & con's. Told us to take time to think before moving forward, recovery was going to be lengthy and hard. His bedside manner was fanominal... wasn't pushed out of the hospital. It was a tough surgery but felt very secure with picking Dr. Prim as our Nuersurgeon.
