Dr Pothen and his team does not return phone calls But I still think he is a great doctor except for his teams communicating Aurora needs for Dr that care and have a desire to help Pothen has changed I feel he has taken on to many patients and no longer has the desire to help his patients I will start looking for a new primary Pothen talks to me in a condescending way
I always use this Aurora Urgent Care. I have had nothing but positive expierences since I've switch to Aurora. But upon my appointment with Dr. Pothen he asked me if I have any dieseases in order to give medication correctly. And I made it clear that I am a carrier and have a genetic diesease. He stated that if I'm not currently being treated for it, that I don't have it. I'm currently seen at a specialist clinic at children's for my genetic diesease, it doesn't require medication, yet.
