Terrible customer service. Bought our hot tub in March and it has had electrical issues the entire time since. Maintenance has come out 6 times to rewire but electric issues persist. No phone number can be given to speak to someone on the warranty. Afraid to use my own hot tub because who wants to sit in water without knowing what electrical issues are still going on? Afraid of being electricity’s in my own investment. Would never purchase from this company again.
Beautiful hot tub. Horrible customer service since delivery. The LEDs did not work. My husband found a broken connector for the light sensors and replaced it. They now work. We cannot get one side to hook back up onto the clips, because the cover lift is installed too high. So, it's uneven and hanging down on one end. One of the clips came off the bottom, because the staple came out. No clear WiFi connection instructions. Not in the Owner's Manual, no separate WiFi instructions.
