Bought our hot tub here and have continued coming back long after the purchase. One thing I’ve appreciated is they’ve been upfront and helpful instead of making everything feel like a sales pitch. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that some of their hot tub chemicals are priced very competitively. I’ve compared prices against Amazon and have actually bought several items here cheaper. Thank you Shane. For an ongoing great masterspa experience that started about 3 years ago. Recently had a service call. Very small warranty issue. Top notch service. Even found one pump that may eventually cause an issue. Replaced that as well. No charge.

Bought the hot tub from the show in Fort Wayne, Chris was really nice. They delivered the 3/16, Clinton said we should schedule a person to come out to show us how to work it. I called, Diego he told me they don't send people out. My husband found some you tube videos regarding the operations, outdated videos. We have filled the spa up. I called and talked with John to ask how to hook up the wi-fi. John said there was blue bag inside the panel, we took the panel off and there is no blue bag!
