Master Spa has always been extremely helpful when needed. Always explaining what chemicals are needed, how to introduce the chemicals into your hot tub and not over selling things we don't need. I would 100% recommend purchasing a hot tub and also chemicals from Master Spa!
We recently purchased a H2X Trainer Series Fitness swim spa from Shane in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The entire process went so smoothly. He is extremely knowledgeable and never hesitated to answer any questions we had. The delivery went well and we are very happy with our purchase! Bought our hot tub here and have continued coming back long after the purchase. One thing I’ve appreciated is they’ve been upfront and helpful instead of making everything feel like a sales pitch.
