On Sunday, November 2, 2025, I had the privilege of attending Michael Pellegrino’s “Stress-Free: Intro to Mindfulness Meditation and The Buddha Mind” workshop at The Yoga Connection. He’s both a highly skilled craniosacral therapist and an exceptional Rolfer, and the combination of those two modalities has been life-changing for my neck pain. My posture has improved. I even got back a quarter in height I'd shrunk (getting older). I've done several sessions as I wanted to do traditional Rolfing and each time I feel more grounded and able to move my body more freely which improves my overall energy and mood! Recommend Michael for his expertise and healing abilities

Michael is great! When I found Michael I was going on my third round of sciatica in 2 years. His rolfing work focused a lot in my hip area and fascia, and it was amazing how it helped resolve the sciatica, and “restructure” my stance, my walk, etc. I learned a lot too about how the body works. He is great at explaining things, eyeing your posture, etc. Also appreciated his cranial sacral work very much to help heal inside and out.
