Nor Lea provided an absolute horrible experience when we visited the emergency room. We did not tolerate it and were forced to request immediate discharge so we could drive to UMC in Lubbock! The ER doctor was so unprofessional and displayed zero to nonexistent empathy as we underwent a horrible event! He completely lacked mannerism, empathy, and respect as I felt demeaned with his non professional commentary. I do not wish bad upon anyone but I do hope when karma visits he is reminded of his behavior that dreadful night!
I was treated immediately with professionalism and kindness it was a very nice experience.
