Drove 2hrs after hearing good things. Stayed 10min no one greated us 1n fact we were blocked from looking at dresses by 3 women who were shopping. Micheal looked at us twice w no acknowledgement whatsoever! Waste of time and nothing Sr prom worthy from we were able to see.
I was absolutely thrilled with my dress and the service I received at Michael Paul’s!!! Highly recommend
People can say what that want to say but this place is outstanding, great customer service but this store is not a boutique. IT IS A HIGH END DRESS STORE so unless your looking for dresses don’t expect to be welcomed have some common courtesy for there time there and others time.
The customer service here was simply outstanding! Michael Paul is very good at his job and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. His prices are reasonable and his selection is awesome. Highly recommend stopping here for your formal needs!
