Went for a “consult” only to never be consulted with. He never actually touched my hair to direct me in the right direction for products. And he spoke at his assistant in such a tone that was uncomfortable to hear. The shop is below mediocre with the floor bubbling up, shop tool boxes everywhere, poor and low quality set up and a musty smell.
