I was referred to Michael Parsons after having a frustrating experience with Wells Fargo. AND I have a >800 credit score. Michael was professional, fast; easy and pleasant to work with. He cares and puts the right kind of effort out. Refinancing my waterfront property was very successful and I'm inclined to recommend Michael and his team to virtually anyone.
Idk if people normally write google reviews for their loan officers. I've been through a few officers. Michael is an exceptional loan officer. I can message at 8am or 8pm and I never wait long for a response. Just as responsive on the weekends. Dude works too hard. But I'm not complaining. Speaks plain English, doesn't let you fall for common pit falls, and from the first conversation he really owns his work and makes it clear that he is committed long term. Couldn't ask for a better lender.
