Dr. Pantos did not follow a good standard of care in the case of my daughter, for he left braces on her teeth for seven years. There is no excuse for this as I have spoken with other Orthodondists who stated that this should never happen.
RecommendedShout out to Dr. Abrahams and her staff at Orthodontic Associates! I had to pick up my retainer and called in desperation if someone could run it out to me so I didn’t have to take my sleeping 2 year old out of the car! Both the tech came out first and then Dr. Abrahams to check it out! So grateful for over and beyond customer service and a much needed uninterrupted nap!
We are very happy we chose Orthodontic Associates. My daughter was very anxious initially and her appointments would take quite a bit of time for her to calm down. Dr. Abrahams and the staff are simply wonderful. Because of the care and kindness shown to her at every appointment, my daughter is now able to make it through her appointments with no problem! It is obvious how much the staff care for the patients. I highly recommend!!
