He is arrogant and lacks empathy. He treated my dad like an animal, put him through so much pain and stress my poor dad went into shock on our way home after the appointment. I had to call 911 and he ended up in the hospital. Michael Pan saw my dad’s agony and did nothing! He is heartless.
