Never answer phone; have to come in person and wait a very long time!
If I could give zero stars I would!!! They had one bank teller, people coming in the bank just to be told come back later, only worker here on lunch break. My mother and I waited over an hour to speak to someone and after an hour of wating were told that the wait would be longer. Very disappointing, someone in management needs to look into this, horrible service.
Needs more employees, i went there to get cashiers check and they said no tellers are available at the moment and you need to wait an hour to get it
Very professional and fast service. Opened an account and got no pressure or up sale. Glad I went with Bank of America. There is also a Merrill Lynch financial advisor, Mr. Sorensen, who is very knowledgeable and serviceable. Will ask for him and use him when I switch my investments.
