Very caring staff and doctor. Explained everything to me clearly.
I am very grateful for Dr. Silverstein and PA Chris Reudink. 20 years of pain gone after my surgery. Dr. Silverstein follows up amazingly after the surgery as well. They are very professional and listened to my concerns and were very capable in answering my questions. Their staff are kind and always quick to acknowledge me as soon as I walk into the door.
Doctor Silverstein is a excellent doctor, who knows his stuff and he is also a caring doctor who listens to you. My personal surgery was an excellent experience. If you do your part in your recovery you will have a great recovery.
My experience was wonderful. Everyone was very polite. They were very helpful. I needed directions so I called them and they gave me directions and had to get there. They were very well mannered. They knew exactly what they were doing. I had to get an X-ray done the person who did the X-ray was very polite. He knew exactly what he was doing he knew exactly how to take the x-rays and what actually had to be done Dr Silverstein was very polite I was very pleased with him. I went to my appointment very worried about my lower back. Dr. Michael Silverstein at the Orthopaedic Institute looked at my x-rays and explained what was wrong with my back, prescribed medication and recommended physical therapy. He was so knowledgeable and confident that it instantly alleviated my anxiety and made me feel hopeful about the treatment plan he provided. The whole experience was very positive.
