Dr Silversteen and his medical staff are phenomenal. But, his front office staff isn’t great. They act like they don’t know what they’re doing. Apparently, they have such high call volume that the phones will roll over to other offices. The different offices don't communicate between each other.
My wife had surgery with this doctor. And she is completely pain-free. I recommend this practice. They run a very tight shift and the doctors are amazing.

Dr. Silverstein is wonderful. Very easy to talk to. You don't feel rushed and he answers all your questions. I have sciatica in my right leg and I had Chris give a shot for the sciatica. Great experience as he's doing the procedure he walks you through it. The nurses were awesome and staff is great. My pain is gone and I feel great.
Dr. Silverstein asked the questions I expected and answered appropriately. I felt very comfortable that he was experienced to understand my situation. He discussed my xrays and a plan after listening to me convey my concerns.
