I have been going to this doctors office for many many years. Never had an issue with anything recently out of work for a couple of months I live in Massachusetts so the only thing I could get to help me with medical was mass health. Needed a follow up with my primary care because I recently went through a minor stroke and all they do is say sorry we don’t Take that, thank you for showing the extra caring for your patience
When Dr Mike was alive and seeing patients, I never had a problem with my medical visits and care. Since his death, care at his practice has declined considerably. There is no real MD overseeing treatment. My wife is being treated for Covid by their nurse practitioner who told her if she had any problems to call her. She did today and was told by the receptionist the nurse practitioner would be too busy to call her back. This was not the care we received when Doctor Romanowsky was alive. Awful. Useless. Every visit I had the history was taken by a student. My prior MD's info was never entered in my profile. He diagnosed me with sleep apnea 3 weeks prior to me having a sleep study, and guess what? I was told I had sleep apnea. Checked my study and all instances of sleep apnea occurred while I was awake. In the little time he actually spent with me, he actually asked me what I wanted him to do as if I was the MD.
