I found a lump on my neck back in 2019, Dr. Mike was able to get me in the same day to check it out. He immediately sent me in for more testing and we found out it was papillary thyroid cancer, a week after my diagnosis I found out I was pregnant. Because we caught it so early I was able to have a total thyroidectomy at 18 weeks pregnant and have been cancer free since. I am very thankful for Dr. Mike’s aggressive approach in this situation. He made sure I got answers as soon as possible and took my concerns seriously.
Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, explains diagnosis and treatment in understandable terms. Took time to listen and asked insightful questions. Short wait time. Empathetic. Friendly staff. A great place to find healing!
Whenever you have a physical exam that doesn't require copay for you, he always tries to find something to charge you a copay. Bad practice. Never see him again.

I've been very happy with Dr. McMullen. He's professional and personable, making it easy to speak about your concerns. I believe he listens well and addresses issues most relevant to your condition. Most of his staff are friendly, and the one seemingly insensitive at times I can live with.
My family has been with Dr. Mike for about 20 years. I have found him & his staff to be through, friendly, caring & very pro. As noted by the Webster reviewer, Dr. Mike is not semi retired and has no such plans. It is easy to get appointments and we never have much wait. I have referred many people to Dr. Mike & all have been happy. Dr. Mike is considerate of all his patients needs & time. He is careful to not take up more time than allotted for what is scheduled out of respect all patients.
