Dr. McCutchen and his staff are always great when I go in for my appointments. Dr. McCutchen always seems to listen to what I have to say or ask and do what is necessary to help me in my situation, regarding my health issues. That's important to a patient to know you are being heard. I know doctors are very busy and some don't really listen sometimes, that is why sometimes mistakes happen. I cannot believe how incredibly lucky I am that Dr. McCutchen is my primary care steering the ship to a healthier life. He's very intelligent and compassionate. His bedside manner is top tier. As primary care it means your primary maps all your health issues out with specialization care and medication, over-seeing the entire picture. Finally I have a medical professional that I trust. What an amazing doctor. He cares about his patients by really listening and communicating with you. His nurses and team are awesome too. I moved away but will drive the hour+ for my appointments. I've had other doctors but no one that cares like Dr. McCutchen. Wish there were more like him.
I love Ascension St Thomas Mt Juliet. And I love my Doctor, Dr McCutchen. He always takes the time to address all the issues both physical and mental and if I need to see a specialist he always finds me the right one. I also like the fact that barring an emergency I am never sitting there for long periods of time. Usually from check in to completetion is normally under 90 minutes.
