Not a great experience here today with the office. This was my second time visiting with this pcp. I had the PA Dan last time and have nothing bad to say. The staff at the murrysville office was very kind. They are now working out of monroeville, which I believe they have different people working at the front desk. I scheduled an appointment on mychart for 8:30. I arrived at 8:33. I was told I was 15 minutes late therefore my appointment was missed. Dr. Hahalyak is an awesome doctor!
Good luck with speaking to anyone on the phone. I have called everyday for 2 weeks they don't answer their phone, they don't call you back. They don't review your blood tests with you. They tell you to log in online then there is no support for that. Better off going to a witch doctor you will get better service. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
