Since moving back to Virginia Beach, I am so glad I made my appointment with his office. He was my dentist years ago so I did not hesitate to return. Vanessa cleaned my teeth and was very polite and gentle with the cleaning. The office staff were so polite and cheerful. I highly recommend that you stop by and schedule a visit.
Worst experience ever ! Non caring staff ! Non caring dentist ! I was abandon after I paid out thousands of dollars ! I always had to call to get back in . If I had not , I don’t think I would have ever got a call from them ! I tested it ! Yep ! No call ! I was left in temporary teeth for 8 months ! It broke and came unglued causing me not to be able to eat . I lost 50 pounds ! The dr was showing signs of Alzheimer’s sadly. I know that’s a hard pill to except or hear but it’s life . This dental office is top notch. Everyone here has been amazing. I have been very pleased with the dental assistant and the dentist. A lot better than my other dentist I have been to.
Got my teeth clean and Invisalign done in here , very high tech compare to others . Highly recommend
My first visit was good the dentist was really nice and comforting. But I just had to cancel my second appointment because the lady who answers the phone (Malani or however you would spell it) was definitely passive and rude. I refuse to keep going back somewhere if you can't tell your staff about proper phone etiquette & manners. Thank you.
