Personable, engaging, and caring staff; Beautiful office, calming atmosphere, and Dr. Ding is very efficient. You can tell he loves what he does. He talks you through your procedure, and has a very warm personality. I didn't feel a thing. And I experienced very minimal discomfort during the recovery time.
