I had a tooth extraction and Dr. Knell was great. I don't know why there aren't more positive reviews for him. He is professional and shared exactly what he was going to do and while doing the extraction he told me every step he was making. The Post Op instructions were perfect and my recovery was immediate. I can't image having a smoother and more successful experience. If I ever need something like this done in the future Dr. Knell will be who I call.

Dr. Knell was very thorough in our consultation and we knew what to expect from our wisdom teeth extraction. My daughter had 2 of her upper wisdom teeth removed. It all happened very fast. She was put under the anesthesia and the teeth were extracted all in about 20-30 minutes. We picked her up around the back of the office and they were very considerate and put her in a wheel chair since she was still under the anesthesia. Her recovery was perfect. I have had three procedures and all went exceptionally well. I chose sedation for all of them. Dr. Knell is very intelligent and listens, and understood when I had to delay so I could store up some funds for the last procedure. I highly recommend!

My first visit was marred by a rude staff and smug dentist. I suggested a tooth map that would make it easier for patient to follow treatment plan by printing the map as a mirror image of what the dentist and technicians see, but is exactly what the patient sees and experiences. He told me he would never do that because it was too confusing. Nevertheless I scheduled an appointment for three implants under sedation. I don't think he deserves any stars, but unfortunately, we have to give at least one. Stay away if you don't want to be listened to and treated disrespectfully! My wife has had jaw pain for ~2 years. The appointment wasn't vetted properly by staff for TMJ. She waited about half an hour to be seen, felt rushed and only had 10 minutes of time.
