A nightmare experience for my loved one! Office and doctor were extremely dismissive. The doctor was actually a real jerk! Couldn’t even get a call back while patient was in and out of emergency room and needing appointment….ultimately admitted to hospital. You can’t trust this doctor/practice. Horrible! Wish no stars was an option.
Just a horrible experience with this office. From the nurse, to the doctor. No one would give me an appointment., no one called me back, I had to call days straight. And....the patient is in Albany Medical center now! Horrible patient care, and a DOH complaint will be filed. No wonder why you have 2.8 rating, seems to be pattern.
Very rough and acted like he was late for a golf game....never again!!!!
I attempted to schedule an appointment for my 85 year old mother. Literally after WEEKS of me constantly calling and leaving messages, his assistant, Lois, called me with diagnosis and instructions OVER THE PHONE, supposedly from Dr Chase without him even seeing my mom. I was appalled by this level of inappropriate medical treatment. I pushed for testing and they granted an X-ray ( again, NOT offering to make her an appointment to be seen with her stomach issues) I ultimately ended up in the ER with her and she was admitted ... read more
