Our experience with this gastroenterologist was, without question, one of the most distressing medical encounters we have ever had. This is not said lightly. Being severely ill is already physically and mentally exhausting. During my procedure, he attempted to perform a colonoscopy without enough anesthesia. A nightmare experience for my loved one! Office and doctor were extremely dismissive. The doctor was actually a real jerk! Couldn’t even get a call back while patient was in and out of emergency room and needing appointment….ultimately admitted to hospital. You can’t trust this doctor/practice. Horrible! Wish no stars was an option.
Just a horrible experience with this office. From the nurse, to the doctor. No one would give me an appointment., no one called me back, I had to call days straight. And....the patient is in Albany Medical center now! Horrible patient care, and a DOH complaint will be filed. No wonder why you have 2.8 rating, seems to be pattern.
