Dr fracchia was very caring easy to talk to had a total left hip replacement and 10 days later was walking without walker or cane I met Dr fracchia when my sister had a hip replacement and she was high risk loved him and decided when I needed my hip done he was the only Dr I wanted listens to your concerns and most of all 2 weeks later walking without any pain. I would recommend Dr fracchia to anyone with orthopedic problems
I had a severely injured hip. The ball of the joint was totally dead due to necrosis.Dr. Fracchia did a total hip replacement on me and I was able to walk down the block in one week. He and his office of assistants are amazing. From excruciating pain to total relief.Thank you Dr. Fracchia

Dr McGinley is honestly one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His bedside manner is great, he explains everything thoroughly, and is very patient with questions and concerns. To top it off, his surgical skills are stellar. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is having hip problems. He did a total hip replacement for me and everything went really well, and his after care is just as good as his surgical skills.
I cannot say how grateful I am for Dr. Fracchia and the staff at Long Island Bone and Joint. You gave me my life back! I had knee replacement surgery 7 years ago with another Suffolk Orthopedic Group. I can say that I had complications from the get go. I subsequently had 3 more surgeries, with not much success. What an awesome doctor,.the procedure was fast and I left the same day no issues.My recovery was very fast and I was back to work in just two months after a hip replacement surgery.Bedside manner very nice and caring.I still need the other side done and will without hesitation be seeing him for the second and final hip replacement.Truly ,thank you very much Dr.Facchia.Thank you.
