Friendly office and doctor listens and make you comfortable and heard
We called Dr. Brock's office to confirm that this specific doctor would take each of our insurances at this specific location. His office confirmed one week prior. The patient used vacation time from work to arrive in time and they office stated they would not take our insurance and would take no action to make up for their mistake. Dr. Brock was asked to help in service recovery and he declined.
Dr. Michael Brock is Excellent. Everyone in the office is Nice and Friendly. Excellent Service. 5 Stars Highly Recommend.
