Dr. Bey may be the kindest, most attentive, best informed, and dangerously selfless person I have ever met. I have been fortunate enough to have been under the care of excellent physicians and specialists from Honolulu to Hartford and have never experienced a more caring doctor except possibly Dr. Ellen Neuhaus (ret.) who used to work alongside Dr. Bey at Rockville and Manchester hospitals.
