Berkley Michael P is Awful!!! Horrible attorney...Does not know what to do. I was overcharged with my child support 18k in a 6 yr period and he advised me to give everything to my ex wife. Now my new attorney is trying to over turn everything he did. He should be dis barred!
Professional and good instincts I normally do not reviews but when I see a ridiculous review I am compelled to take a stand. Child support is based on salary. Simple. If income varies file a motion to adjust. And what lawyer tells his client to give everything away? That statement alone kinda blew your credibility to give a meaningful review.
