I was shocked to see negative reviews about the office staff. The years I have dealt with them, I found them to be very pleasant and helpful.
Ordered over a week ago, they told me early this week. Called today still not going to be delivered. The women I spoke to was rude and when I said if it wasn't going to be here today I was going to cancel she then said fine your order is canceled and hung up the phone. I give there customer service a negative 5 stars, delivery speed a big ZERO.
Always very friendly. All the employees are very professional and help the customer with there needs. Great prices and prompt service also. Thanks

Really nice in the office. Not so much when dealing with people providing them service. Shocked at how they behave outside of work! Hopefully, they were just having a bad day. Somebody’s always watching. Yikes!
