Dr. O'Connell has lost his moral compass. He took money from my ex husband and me before disclosing that he had a significant conflict of interest. Once disclosed, he refunded only 30% of the funds collected to cover his "investment" thus far. Dr. O'Connell should be investigated. Furthermore, he appears to be under the guidance and watch of no one in particular.
