Dr Snapperman is very thorough, actively listens and thoroughly explains everything and never rushes a visit.
I would never recommend Dr. Sams to anyone. My father who is 91 is now in the hospital - ALONE. My mom can't be with him because of the COVID-19. Mom had been asking Dr. Sams for a couple weeks about my dad's feet, leg and abdomen swelling. He was concerned. He told my mom she was feeding him to well that's why his belly is big. Best doctor I’ve ever been too.!!!Very thorough. I don’t feel as though I’m in an assembly line. He really listens. Very thankful My husband and I were able to establish him as our primary care physician.
Good. Dr Sams is succinct & doesn’t take too much time in beating around the bush. He is certainly interesting & bright & I personally enjoyed interaction with him. That’s coming from someone who doesn’t put much stock in doctors! So take that as high accolade.
Don’t go! 15 mins late and they send you home even if you are always waiting 45+. Was 16 mins late and they wouldn’t see me at 3:30 and I was moving slower with a cast on my foot. No wait in lobby. NP Mallory then leaves and gets on the elevator with me, she was just running out the door and wasn’t backed up. Go somewhere else, have seen them be rude to others and customer service is lacking
The office is only concerned with what is best for them. They are rude, have a dictatorship mentality, and have terrible customer service. Even long standing customers they have no loyalty toward. Not worth a dime of your money.
Excellent admin staff and medical professionals. Not much waiting ! Nurse Conover was efficient, listened and carried out blood tests for her evaluation. On another visit - Dr. Obenshain - he was methodical, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended clinic
HERE I AM, WAITING 1.5 HRS. FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN NP, JUST LIKE MY LADT VISIT!!!SO FRUSTRATING!!!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL PATIENT OVER 25 YEARS!!! THIS MAY CHANGE SOON!!!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Obenshain for many years and have found him to be caring and willing to listen to whatever concerns I might have, also works hard to make sure I have the right medication for my particular problems. I feel like I can depend on him and his staff to have my best interest in heart.
