After being a faithful and loyal customer for 24 years with Mike O'Malley State Farm Insurance in Lindstrom, MN, we all of a sudden received a letter requiring us to do things to our roof of our home stating that they would not renew our homeowners policy if these things were not completed! Why after 24 years???? Our roof is actually now 30 years old as it is still the original roof!! We live on a heavily wooded lot. We do not understand this at all!!
