Dr. Michael Norman, D.O., did not monitor my blood pressure adequately and I ended up losing vision in my right eye! I ended up in the emergency room the first time after which he finally started prescribing me blood pressure meds but it was too low a dosage and I suffered a central vein occlusion within months. His incompetence has devastated my life and now he has retired. I wish I had the chance to tell him how his medical negligence has brought so much misery and my permanent lack of sight.
Saddened to hear of Dr. Norman's retirement. I guess, as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. My mom and my step-dad went to him when he had an office in Big Bear. My mom has lived in Apple Valley for a number of years and I was pleased to know her insurance had Dr. Norman as PCP. I can't say enough kind things about Dr. Norman. His "bedside manner" is exceptional. I appreciate the his care and compassion he provided my mom before entering hospice.
Dr. Norman has always been so pleasant to talk to and listens to my concerns. I have been with him for several years now and I am sorry to see him retire. Wishing him the best in his retirement.
This place is a joke, i hope if you have grandparents you don’t let them come here. Theres no doctor that you’re able to see, the doctor is retiring and only comes in once a month, so you can only see the nurse practitioner. Who doesn't give you answers to anything, acts like nothing is a big deal, and blows you off. They do have a new doctor coming in, but they've already “warned” their patients that he's quick, in and out. worst experience I been calling for 5 days regarding my lab results and they been telling me someone will call me back still waiting on the call back. :(
