Awful service awful representative on the phone never opened this facility. I came to great neck to go find him and speak to him in person to anybody in this facility that doesn’t exist. I attempted to call multiple times when I bought my car. I had the dealers call my agent not to be able to talk to him. I have a lady answering the phone disrespectful very unprofessional.
