Excellent care by Dr. Nissenbaum. He was punctual, and listened as I explained my reason for visiting. I never felt rushed. His office staff are very courteous and kind. Highly recommend.
From start to finish, my experience was outstanding.The administrative staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, making everything easy and pleasant. Dr. Nissenbaum was warm, considerate, highly knowledgeable, and extremely competent. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit.
I was really trying to like him given his high ratings, however, my father didnt receive any treatment or guidance. He first had to go to a lab to have his urine tested before he could assist in any of our medical concerns which was not even related to the test Dr Nissenbaum requested. He wouldn’t even review all the recent tests/mri reports he had done at the hospital. After going to the lab, he couldn’t be seen until 2 months later which was the soonest appt. When I entered the office and saw how many patients were waiting, I thought it would take me a very long time to be seen. First, I found out that there were seven doctors there at the time and, secondly, I waited no more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Nissenbaum. I had been to other neurologists, but he was the first one to order special tests to determine the cause of my issues. The whole process was seamless, and the office was run by a very efficient staff.
What a compassionate doctor —my dad is 91 we had 3 family members in the room and he was fantastic - kind- explained things
