I had my gallbladder removed April 2024 along with an umbilical hernia repair. I was extremely impressed with Dr Nerney and his staff. Dr Nerney is one heck of a surgeon. After the umbilical hernia repair the healing process looked awful and I was so afraid how it would look once healed, and all I can say is, wow! You would never ever know that the work he did was done because it healed so flawlessly. The same with my gallbladder removal. Just 2 lines from the surgery. so far, I am very pleased with this doctor, he looks you in the eye and explains things thoroughly, I will review again after my surgery
After six weeks of recovery after hernia surgery performed by Dr. Nerney, I feel I am able to continue my normal activity's. However, the recovery process was quite a challenge. Pain management was almost none existent, as the Tylenol/ibuprofen or the Tramadol did not help the pain.
