I absolutely love the residents here and Dr. Nedley. The only reason why I am leaving a bad review is because of the front desk workers. They are rude, passive aggressive and condescending. I spoke to the director of the program today about Hannah the front desk worker talking to me as if I was a child. I am a grown educated woman that owns a business here in Toledo and if I ever ran my business the way their front desk was ran, I would be unemployed. Absolutely fantastic with my 4yr old autistic daughter at her exam & first time at their office! Dentist was very patient, helpful, gentle & nice! Not a long wait! Office staff very nice & professional. Very pleased with our visit today!
It is a good clinic with the exception if you have a child that is a new patient you cannot get an appointment. They say they only make appointments for the next 30 days. They tell you to call everyday to see if they have a cancellation. If there's no cancellation you do not get an appointment. I have been trying for over 3 months.
My daughter is 5 years old and terrified of the dentist because of a previous one we went to. This place and the people are absolutely amazing with her!! I am super thankful we waited and got in to them! I will not ever be switching dentists for my kids! Thank you for all youguys do!!
My daughter was in pain for months with more then one dentist telling me nothing was wrong with her I go in and she seen Dr snook she instantly knew something was wrong and knew we had to pull teeth now my baby its relieved from the massive pain she was in thank you so much Dr snook the tooth fairy came and seen her last night and my baby girl was a trooper and she did so good. I really appreciate you guys ❤
