The dentist was very understanding of my daughter’s prior dental trauma and successfully changed her outlook on the dentist! She is super excited to go back even though she got a tooth pulled and that says a lot about the type of experience they provide the child. As the parent I am beyond happy we got into see this office, the treatment quality is amazing, and after seeing two other offices in the area I believe that this office has the best quality of care by far! My daughter had to have some work done with light sedation 3 times. Every single visit was absolutely amazing. That made her feel so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and engaged so well with her. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much for your kindness and hard work.

I absolutely love the residents here and Dr. Nedley. The only reason why I am leaving a bad review is because of the front desk workers. They are rude, passive aggressive and condescending. I spoke to the director of the program today about Hannah the front desk worker talking to me as if I was a child. I am a grown educated woman that owns a business here in Toledo and if I ever ran my business the way their front desk was ran, I would be unemployed. Absolutely fantastic with my 4yr old autistic daughter at her exam & first time at their office! Dentist was very patient, helpful, gentle & nice! Not a long wait! Office staff very nice & professional. Very pleased with our visit today!
