Dr. Naunczek was nice and polite. However, he lacks knowledge and was not able to provide options to address my questions. In addition, it seems like Dr. Nauncek and Tri Valley's primary focus is getting your co-pay. For example, I had preliminary discussions with the nurse regarding questions I had. Knowing that Dr. N may be opposed to my request which I was fine with, I just asked that I was told without a formal visit. Nurse spoke with him and he was open to my requests.
