I had three appointments with Dr. Mortensen over the span of several months (which also included biopsies), and during every visit he provided me with excellent care and kindness. Dr. Mortensen welcomed all of my questions, took time to explain all of my options, and always made me feel like an active participant in my health care. It took seven months to book the appointment and the guy refuses to take my case seriously. He's a jerk. Don't see this guy.
Impossible to be seen. Multiple referrals sent over with confirmations sent directly to me. But somehow, this office hasn't received them? The front office people seem nice, which is why I gave the extra star. But now I understand why people told me just to go to Phoenix for my care. Edit: looks like others have had the same problem six months ago... Owner said they are working on it?
