Dr. Morris is great was great during my surgery now to schedule a f/u is horrible the answering service disconnects my call I have been calling since last week to get seen this is just horrible...
While Dr Morris would get 5 stars the office staff are HORRIBLE! I need to schedule a follow up for a surgery & have been leaving messages for 3 days! I do not know how long it takes to get a return call, but I know I will just go to my regular GP to get a follow up. At least I can get an appointment scheduled. Thankfully I don't need expedited care!
The worse office ever, the people answering the phone are just awful. They hung up on you will not let you make an appointment. They obviously do not care about people health. Do not try to schedule an appointment with them. Get a referral for a different dr. Just terrible I don’t understand how can people like them get hired.
I just had my gallbladder removed last month and so far everything has been going well. He’s a wonderful doctor and very kind. I’m so glad I had him as my surgeon.
I want to thank Dr. Morris and Dr. Lopez for the hard work they did getting me to a speedy recovery. I had a gallbladder removed that was literally killing me. If these (2) gentlemen would have not been there, I doubt I would be typing today. Thank you again for the great work you guys did and most importantly making me feel comfortable with the experience!! Wish there were 10 stars.
