A very kind doctor with excellent bedside manner, easy to reach, and quick to respond. I'm fortunate to have found him for my primary care needs.
Dr Mitchell is an amazing doctor. Been with him for 25 years. I won’t go to anyone else. He cares and takes his time.
Called to make an appointment as a new patient. Call wasn’t answered for 9 minutes. Annoying music on hold. The call was finally answered by someone who did not sound friendly or welcoming. When I answered her question about my insurance, I was told the office no longer accepts Medicare (although its website say it does). Very disappointed.
Called to make an appointment. The receptionist stated that the doctor prefers to not accept patients with Medicaid and Medicare. I suppose that seniors and poor people are not good patients or that the government programs do not pay the doctor enough money.
I agree with all the 5 star reviews on this site. I see that all the reviews are 5 star except for a couple of 1 stars given by peiole who claim to have a bad experience. Quite unfortunate for them that they have a bad perception because Dr. Mitchell's practice is truly 5 star.
