Yet still very disappointing due to the fact that I finally got my username password to be able to gain access into the system, but what adds disappointment again is I did the E sign a day before my appointment made my payment and yet as a go check in the next day for my appointment your computer software still does not update anything, I was asked if I would like to make a payment for today’s visit when I had already done it last night the same day that I did the e-signature. Appointment felt rushed and my comments about my symptoms were not addressed, the conclusion was based on his observations only within a 5 minute check. Considering how expensive it is for one appointment I think best to book elsewhere. Did not get my issue addressed.
Dr. Miller is always nice and respectful. He has always done an amazing job cleaning out my ears. His staff is always nice .
