Excellent Dr, takes time to answer all my questions.
Still seeing Dr. M in 2026. Will never change GP’s. Such a great doctor, wonderful facility. Love the fact can get X-rays and such done at his location, blood work, and other types of doctors in same building. Kind of a 1 stop shop. Dr Mertens & staff are wonderful. Loving the new location. Friendly & Fast. No sitting and waiting. Thorough & Talk to you in normal people English. Has been my doc for over 32 years. Best in my opinion
You are the sorry doctor my mom has ever had you no she can't to u. She has no way and she can't drive . And I going to report u to the state. You have her medicine before and she didn't come . What difference. I hope you don't treat other patients like this.
I wish you would call the pavilion in Lebanon tn and see if you could give my mother jean mangrum some cough syrup she has terrible cough and so she in room with a woman who has COVID I ask them to move her because of her heart and they want listen to me wish you would take care this and please let me no answer thanks
He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He takes the angst away when he walks in the room.
