Ultimate Leadership Martial Arts – Springboro Our community needs more businesses like the one that Mike and Jenn Mershad operate in Springboro. They established their academy 13 years ago and it is truly a “family affair.” Mike has 22 years of experience and is a 6th degree black belt. Jenn is a 5th degree black belt. Their daughters Madison (age 14) and Bailey (age 12) are both 3rd degree black belts. Even their 7 year old daughter Reese is a brown belt.
