Dr McPherson is amazing. he is knowledgeable and aggressive about attacking and defeating the illnesses you are having. His staff... are less motivated. I have had to have 3 Prior Authorizations done with his office, and have had to hold the staff by the hand and call them every 30 minutes, or stay on the phone with them WHILE THEY DO IT. just to make sure it gets done! all attempts by my pharmacy's to contact his office were ignored by the staff, i had to actively get involved every single time.
