Based on initial visit. The office staff are friendly, responsive, and efficient. Booking was a breeze. Dr. McPherson had clearly reviewed my available file and familiarized himself with my medical history, and he took the time to learn about me, my medical history, to discuss my concerns and course of care. He was professional and personable.
