Poor organization by the practice. Waited over 40 minutes to be seen, and it wasn’t until I walked up to the desk to inquire if I was next that they realized “I was not on the list”. They finally took me in and did not attempt to help in any way. I was “booked” for a 30 minute appointment but I was in the chair for less than 7 minutes total, and yet the dentist said there wasn’t anything he could do because he had to see other patients.
