Dr McFarland might be okay but he really didn't pay attention to me and didn't believe I was ill when I went to his office he would sit down but he wouldn't look at me he would look at his clipboard making dots with his pen... strangly.. all the drugs that he put me on some narcotics made me feel worse I had to throw them away diagnosed by hospital and other doctors as having fibromyalgia and he said that he didn't believe I had it but I do they dropped my insurance and then when I couldn't pay on time I wanted to make payme... read more
Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. I say unfortunately because I like Dr. McFarland, but having to deal with the receptionist or whatever the Hispanic looking women are at the front desk, I don't recommend this office. Having to get my prescriptions filled has been an absolute nightmare!!!! The last straw was when I was told they would not send in my thyroid med refill in early because it is a controlled substance?!?! Which it is not!!!! I switched Dr.s and they have a prescription refill already sent in for me ... read more
This place is excellent, staff and Dr. are amazing
The three stars are purely based on the front staff. We really like Dr. McFarland, his entire persona, intellect, genuine care checks all the boxes for us as a family physician. Its just unfortunate that we have had major mishaps and rude demeanor in the front office of his practice, specifically the office manger. I requested specific tests to be run on our labs- they did not submit requests to diagnostics. So we had to return and have blood drawn again!
